10 years. Can you believe it’s been 10 years since my first blog post went up? My, how time flies, seems like just yesterday. I’m not normally one to celebrate a blogiversary but 10 years is a bit of a milestone. I can’t thank you all enough for reading my little ol’ blog.
In the past decade, so many new things have come onto the vegan scene from the many wonderful cookbooks to delicious new products to amazing cooking techniques. Who would have guessed the incredible power of chickpea brine (aquafaba)? Never has there been a better time to be or go vegan.
Sadly, in that same time frame, some beloved vegan eateries have come and gone as well as some favorite bloggers. I know I haven’t been the best at keeping up the blog lately. Work is seriously cutting into my leisure time. I won’t promise I’ll be any better in the new year, but rest assured I’ll still be here puttering away whenever I can. For now, let’s reminisce over the years.

And a very Happy Blogiversary to you too! Time sure does fly… Congrats on one full decade! It’s so encouraging to see blog still surviving to a ripe old age, against old odds. Cheers to many more good years. :)

Happy blogiversary (is that a word? I apologise for using it either way!) Boo to work getting in the way of posting recipes, though I’m still massively impressed at your 10 years of dedication. We’re happy to read anything you have to post, whenever you find a minute. Here’s to 10 more years!

Happy 10th! I got worried when I saw your post title that you were signing off. You mentioned all the blogs that have disappeared over the last 10 years, and yes, when I look back to comments on old posts, I feel a little pang of sadness for all the blog friends that have faded away. But obviously I get how hard it is to keep up the writing and recipes — I can’t seem to do it, though I try. Every time I write a post I promise myself I won’t let more than a week go by without another, and then poof. Just like that a month has zipped past. Looking at your “best” recipes, it’s obvious that you must keep on! To the next 10!!!

Thank you! I’m in the same boat. I make the same promise to myself and then I feel bad I wasn’t able to keep it. So I switched it to whenever I can and just stop worrying about posting. Still happy though whenever I see a new post on your blog. :-)
