Ever since someone gave me a bite of this, I am just craving it. I wish I knew how to make this cupcake. This was the most moist cake I’ve ever eaten and felt like butterscotch pecans melting in my mouth.

The cake certainly looks beautiful and velvety but (please don’t hit me) I never can stand to eat the frosting on cake beyond one or two small bites. I admit to not having had red velvet cake but I do have “The Vegan Table,” and am going to go look up the recipe right now.
