		<description>Cheryl Lotfy - Yes, drain the tofu but you don&#039;t have to press it. Actually, it&#039;s flipping it just once - 15 minutes on one side, turn over for another 15 minutes for a total of 30 minutes. Happy cooking! :-)</description>
