Emily - Amy&#039;s been a lifesaver when I don&#039;t have the time to cook. :-)

in2insight - It&#039;s got 7.5g fat, no transfat, 680 mg sodium and 280 calories. So it&#039;s not too bad.

Hannah - Do give it a try if you run across it. It could be new enough that it&#039;s still making its way into stores.</description>
