The lunchbox fondue version has silken tofu and carrots as the main ingredients. tofufreak - It's one of my favorite recipes from the cookbook. Maggie - Yup, roasted veggies is great with the fondue. I dont have this cookbook, but I have the nutritional yeast cookbook by Stepaniak that also has a fondue recipe that I once made and thought it was inspired and amazing.
